Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery Coverage

    • We deliver exclusively within the Klang Valley region.

    • For outstation deliveries, please contact us for special arrangements.

  2. Delivery Timeframe

    • Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days after payment confirmation.

    • Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic).

  3. Order Confirmation

    • Orders are processed once full payment is received.

    • A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp or email with delivery details.

  4. Delivery Schedule

    • Deliveries are made from Saturday to Sunday excluding public holidays.

    • Delivery times are between 8 AM and 6 PM. Specific time requests by us for scheduling delivery.

  5. Delivery Charges

    • Free delivery for orders above RM60.

    • A standard delivery fee of RM15 applies for orders below the minimum amount.

  6. Failed Delivery Attempts

    • If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you.

    • A second delivery attempt will incur additional charges.

    • If the delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned, and re-delivery will be charged accordingly.

  7. Product Handling

    • Our products are perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive and store them in the refrigerator immediately with temperatures 2-4 Celsius.

    • We are not responsible for spoilage due to delayed collection or improper storage after delivery.

  8. Order Cancellation & Changes

    • Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours after placing the order.

    • Orders cannot be canceled once processed for delivery.

  9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • Inspect your order upon delivery.

    • Report any issues (damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items) within 24 hours with photo and video evidence for review.

    • Replacements are subject to verification.

  10. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

  • Our responsibility ends once the products are delivered in good condition to the provided address.
