At Goat’s Dairy, we value your satisfaction and are committed to providing only the freshest, highest quality goat milk products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of goat milk, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

  • The product is incorrect (wrong item sent).

  • The product was delivered past its expiry date.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or if the product has been opened and consumed.

2. Time Frame

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product as proof.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

Kindly follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be issued via the original payment method or credited as store credit.

  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

5. Replacements

If preferred, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund, and we’ll arrange a re-delivery at no extra charge.
